Started work on server so far I have added:
-Ring of Vigour effect works.
-Upgraded gameframe and edited a few sprites.
-Added a ::maxhit command.
-Added a ::dropparty which is a auto dp command that will be used on special occasions.
-Fixed money pouch dupe.
